Friends and Family Test

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit or have contact with the practice. The friends and family test is about giving patients the opportunity to provide quick feedback on their care and treatment experience. You can say what is going well and what can be improved. Please take the time to complete the friends and family test. It doesn't take long and you don't need to give your details on the feedback form. Please use the Friends and Family link on the right hand menu. Thank you.

Improving access to general practice: evening and weekend appointments now available

Patients who are registered at Ramsbottom can now book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday evenings (after 6.30pm) or at the weekends (on Saturday and Sunday). Appointments will either take place at Fairfax Medical Practice, Radcliffe Primary Care Centre, or  Moorgate Primary Care Centre.
