Our surgery offers morning and afternoon appointments.  You can make an appointment by telephoning 01706 824413, in person at our reception desk or via our website.  If it is an urgent problem, please let the receptionist know and we will see what we can do for you.

There may be times when we do not have an appointment to offer you, but we will try and accommodate you where possible and the receptionist may offer you a telephone consultation with a doctor.

We hold some appointments each day and do not release them until 08:00.  We call these appointments 'on the day' and they do book quite rapidly each morning.

Telephone Consultations

If you wish to speak to a GP/Nurse Practitioner/Practice Nurse, please contact us to book a telephone consultation with them, informing the receptionist with brief details of your query and your contact number.  The GP or nurse will then contact you during clinics/surgeries.

Checking in

Please arrive on time for your appointment.  You may be asked to rebook your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
